Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of businesses does No Stress Services specialize in?
I specialize in the unique bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting needs of all levels and forms of construction and transportation businesses. I have decided not to offer our services to a broader range of different companies. By being narrowly focused, we can do a great job of addressing the specific needs of our clients.
What problem does No Stress Services solve?
The main goal we are striving for is transforming your bookkeeping from a source of confusion and chaos to a powerful tool that will allow you to rapidly grow a profitable business. We work with the clients and they all like you - have the desire, but they lack the skills, time, and resources to create and maintain a set of books that are specifically designed for their business. Just like you, they are dead tired of having inaccurate, incomplete, and confusing books and tired of paying non-expert staff to do work that gives them no useful information. If you’ve had enough and are ready to permanently solve your bookkeeping dilemma, No Stress Services is the specialized solution you have been seeking.

Does bookkeeping include tax planning?
Yes, bookkeeping includes the beggining level of tax planning. But it doesnt include cost of tax return.
What is differenace between tax planning and bookkeeping?
Tax planning means analyzing and optimizing your previous tax return and projecting out your estimated taxes due by using saving tactics to help lower your tax bill. Bookkeeping means tracking your income and expenses on a monthly basis.
When Are taxes due?
If you are a Multi-Member LLC or an S Corporation, your taxes are due on March 15th of every year. If you are a Single-Member LLC or an Individual, your taxes are due on April 15th of every year. It's an annual standard if there are no exceptions.
What is an extantion?
The IRS and states will allow for you to request an extension of time to file your tax returns. This will give you a 6-month extension of time. The extension deadlines are September 15th and October 15th. BUT, this is not an extension of time to pay. So, when we file your extension, you will still need to pay your full tax due or you will face late payment penalties.
How much does it cost for your to do my taxes?
As everyone’s tax returns are different, we don't have one price for tax return filing service. You can see price navigation on our price page, it helps you to understand what to expect.
Do I have to file a tax return even if I didn't make any money?
It's not strictly necessary to file your tax return if you have income under $800 for a year. But I always advise to file a tax return every single year. If you do not, you could lose out on a refund or a tax credit. Or, the IRS could send you late filing notices. It will create a much bigger headache than it is worth.
Do You file business and individual taxes together?
If you are a Single Member LLC or Sole Proprietorship, you will file your individual taxes alongside your business ones. However, if you are an S Corp or Multimember LLC, you will need to file them separately.
